Sessions
Initial consultation
Initial consultations last 30 minutes and take place on the telephone. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about counselling and see if you would like to work with me.

Assessment
Assessments last 50 minutes and take place in person or online using Zoom. This offers a chance for you to share what has brought you to counselling and an opportunity for me to collect some details to better understand your experience.

Counselling session
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and take place in person or online using Zoom. Ideally sessions will take place at the same time each week however I understand that some people require flexibility. I will work to accommodate this where possible.
Fees
Initial consultations are free of charge.

Assessments and sessions cost £58 each. I also have limited space at reduced fees as I do not believe money should be a barrier to accessing counselling. Please ask about this if you have financial concerns.
​
Assessment fees are payable in advance. Subsequent session fees are payable on receipt of a weekly invoice.
​
Cancellations and missed sessions are subject to the full fee.
Location
I offer face-to-face sessions in a recently refurbished, confidential room in Bedford Place, Southampton. This location is accessible from Southampton and the surrounding area including Totton and the Waterside.
​
Pay and display car parking is available a 5 minute walk away at Wilton Avenue car park. Southampton Central train station is a 20 minute walk away.
​
​Unfortunately this site does not have accessible facilities for wheelchair users.
